1.- My Obligations:
A) Respond within a maximum period of 24 hours to the Tasting Requests that you receive from my Private Area. This includes informing of the services I offer for this request and its price.
B) After being accepted my proposal of service, contact the Customer to the telephone and indicated mail, in order to specify the details.
C) On the agreed date and time, I shall be punctual to the place where the Tasting is held, being responsible for the damages caused by my lack of assistance.
D) Keep the loyalty due with Catasalacarta.com. In the event that for new tastings the Customer contact again with me, I will inform the client that the Request must be made through the Platform Catasalacarta.com.
In the event that I provide a new service to the customer, but not through the platform Catasalacarta.com, I will be automatically expelled from this platform.
2.- My Rights:
A) Perceive 10 days after the service, 85% of the remuneration agreed with the Client and whose management of collection, - as depositary -, is entrusted to Catasalacarta.com, unless there is a claim by the party of the user for the rendering of an incorrect service or for non-assistance. If the Customer's claim is of special gravity, I agree that the Customer will be reimbursed for the fees paid, which are on deposit.
If there are bank costs in the transfer of money, these will be passed on to me with an indication of these costs.
Note: Except in Spain that there is no transfer cost, in the rest of the World, the bank cost amounts to 0.45%
B) To be able to request, pursuant to the Data Protection Law, the removal, modification or
correction of your personal data in the file that is registered with the Data Protection Agency
by sending certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt and certification of text to
